Purpose of DOLE IX Quality Management System
The establishment of a Quality Management System is a strategic decision of DOLE lX Top Management. lt believes that the Quality Management System is a management tool it can use to improve its overall performance and provide a sound basis for continual improvement of its operation.
Specifically, the DOLE lX quality management system aims to:
1. Exceed customer or client satisfaction by consistently providing quality services
2. Be effective and efficient in the delivery of its labor and employment programs and services; and
3. Provide a framework for continual improvement at every aspect of its management system.
The Quality Manual
This Quality Manual defines how DOLE lX integrates the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 in its labor and employment programs and services. lt also serves as the general policies of the organization related to quality and provides illustration of the sequence of interaction of its processes.
