ZAMBOANGA CITY, 18th July 2022 – As we usher in the health month in the Philippines, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) 9 in partnership with the Zamboanga Peninsula Federation of Family Welfare Committees, Incorporated will hold a webinar series dubbed as Protektadong Pamilya sa Gitna ng Pandemya: Strengthening Family Welfare Committees Amidst the Pandemic”.
Complementing its first session on nutrition, the 2nd session on “Values Formation and Gender Equality” will begin on July 22, 2022 – 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM via Zoom Teleconference and will be streamed simultaneously on DOLE 9’s official Facebook page (www.facebook.com/DOLERegion9).
Atty. Roy L. Buenafe, DOLE 9 Regional Director said that the webinar series aims to to support and strengthen the Family Welfare Program (FWP) in the workplace through learning sessions on different FWP dimensions such as Reproductive Health & Responsible Parenthood and Nutrition among others.
Joining the session as resource speaker is Ms. Margie B. Janda, President of the ZAMPEN Career Guidance Counselors and Advocates Network, to share on Wellness in the Workplace: Work Life Balance and Gender Equality in the New Normal.
